Released for the first time in 2021, aged a full four years in fully charred new American oak. Boasting an opening taste of sweet honeysuckle, vanilla and oak, this Bourbon closes with a lingering finish of oak and toasted almonds.

Wine Shine and Tin City Distillery is more than vodka or whiskey; it's an idea, distilled down to its most passionate form. MASTER DISTILLER 

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license!  I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine.  We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem.  My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits.  After all, we wouldn’t want you to go thirsty!  Cheers!
