Blending two strongly contrasting parcels of whisky together has created a whisky of exceptional character. The Accelerator & The Brake has an unconventional constitution and a wonderfully improbable harmony. It is a highly limited edition release that comes in an elegant glass decanter with a silver stopper.

Tasting Notes:

Nose
Aromas of rich oak, dried fruits, and tobacco, followed by notes of vanilla, toffee, and a hint of peat smoke.

Palate
Rich and complex with flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, figs, and nuts. The taste is further enhanced by a subtle touch of peat smoke and a hint of spices.

Finish
Long and warming with a lingering sweetness and a touch of smoke. The finish is characterized by a gentle spiciness and a hint of sherry.

Color
Rich, dark amber with golden highlights.
