Blinking Owl OC Orange Vodka is a testament to California's efforts in the spirits industry because of its unwavering dedication to quality and unique flavor profile. It is crafted from house-made neutral grain spirit using organic California wheat with a touch of organic malted barley and features a total of 12 botanicals. We start with the same base as our Vodka and use a combination of Maceration and Vapor distillation of Valencia oranges grown right here locally in Orange County at the Heritage Museum of Orange County.
