An exotic Organic Gin from Brazil.

And it certainly was for Henry Walter Bates who left for the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest in 1848 to study different life forms, including over 500 different types of butterflies. (Notice the butterfly is also the symbol for Bates Gin!) Bates then developed the Theory of Mimicry that was a major contribution to Darwin’s Theory of Evolution.
