Balcones Single Malt Rum Cask Finish is the driving force behind Balcones. Bottled at cask strength, the Single Malt Rum Cask Finish features the flavors of rock candy, spice cake, and toasted oak. The result is one of the most rum-infused malts on the market without compromising distillery character or being overly sweet.

Beyond the initial whiff of alcohol, you get the aromas of raisin cake, banoffee pie, and cola that are complemented by spicy notes from barrels used to mature the whisky.

NOSE: Rum notes jump out immediately with exotic fruits, vanilla cream, coffee cake, and rancio.

TASTE: The flavor profile compliments the aromas of fresh herbs, dried berries, gingerbread, and sugarcane.

FINISH: The finish is lively and long with menthol, eucalyptus, and spices.
